Sending Christmas gifts from the US to your relatives in Germany can get pretty expensive.

You should add http://www.amazon.de to your list. There you can order almost everything. That’s what I do but the other way around because I live in Germany and my siblings in the US. So I use amazon.com for ordering gifts – they even accept the password of my German account.
